Worthy Flooring was established in 2017 by Carl.
Carl has put in a lot of time, dedication, and working long hours to establish the business. Worthy Flooring is passionate about keeping the business family run.
Carl’s brother Max was so intrigued by his brothers enthusiasm towards his work, and care to detail, that he decided to come on board and be part of the family business.

The Team
Carl
I have over twelve years experience in the Flooring industry. I first started working in the flooring sector at the age of fifteen. I approached a flooring company seeking some weekend work experience in the trade. I wanted to learn some vocational skills alongside my studies at secondary school. I instantly knew this was the career for me. I felt passionate about my career choice, and was eager to learn more.
Once I had finished my studies, I carried on for a few years gaining practical experience and training from installers, working at reputable flooring companies. My knowledge and skill grew. It was then that I got a job working for one of the regions major flooring companies. My employers soon saw potential, and sent me on various, specialised courses, alongside working with them.
My favourite course I was fortunate enough to partake upon was; Amtico design flooring. I enjoy being able to create exquisite floors, to include borders and centrepieces. Whilst creating intricate designs, this medium allows.
My many years of experience consist of work, in the full spectrum of flooring. From domestic to major commercial installations. I can install a vast array of floors.
We have excellent customer feedback and reviews. I often find myself revisiting the same customers time and time again for further projects. I take pride in the fact they choose Worthy Flooring.

I recently joined Worthy Flooring, my brothers business, and haven’t looked back since doing so.
After my studies at secondary school, and further education at college, I found my self working for a glazing company, where I had a secure job. But I felt unchallenged, and the work become rather monotonous. It consisted of producing the same product day in day out.
I saw my brothers enthusiasm for his job, and the outcome of each installation. I liked the fact there was such a variety of mediums to work with, and that no two jobs are the same.
It was here that my new career journey began. Carl offered me a job opportunity to come on board.
Since joining Worthy Flooring, I have already learnt so much. Carl has shown such patience, and willingness to teach me. I am already enrolled on my level two course in Design Flooring. Which I will study for alongside vocationally learning the skills needed from my brother.
I am really enjoying the process of seeing jobs come together, from initial discussions, through to measures and planning, ending with the satisfaction of the client, following the finished installation.
